Shipping & Returns

Please take note that our candles are handcrafted, which means that their appearance and color may vary.

We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

For exchanges, we only accept damaged items. If you would like to exchange your candle, please contact us first.

In the unfortunate event that your candles arrive damaged due to handling during transit, please email us at quaint.uae@gmail.com. We will gladly assist you in returning the damaged stock for a replacement candle.

Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
